We are a professional cleaning company. Our business is our only source
of income. Many people who clean have full time jobs, and do the cleaning
as a sideline. We take our business very seriously, and strive for a high
degree of customer satisfaction.
We attend industry seminars on a frequent basis to gain knowledge of
our profession. We know the damage that can be caused to furnishings,
carpet, tile, and other surfaces that are caused from cleaning personnel
not knowing what they are doing, or how various cleaning chemicals
can cause damage.
We are fully insured, bonded, and carry workmen’s comp, which protects
the client if the employee gets injured while on the job. Our employees are
true employees not subcontractors, nor do they get paid “under the table”
to avoid paying employee taxes.
We provide all the services you will need, and will not have to use other
vendors for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, stripping and waxing floors,
ceramic tile and grout cleaning, and sealing. (The only exception to this is
that we do not clean windows above the first floor.)
We have thousands of dollars invested in our equipment such as a
truck mounted professional carpet cleaning van, rotary floor tools, and
scrubbing machines for cleaning tile, grout, and vinyl flooring as well as
high speed burnishers that provide a high degree of shine to VCT flooring.
We use high quality commercial vacuum cleaners. Also, we own several
professional back-pack vacuum cleaners with a four filtration system
that almost totally eliminates dirt from the exhaust getting deposited back
into the air, and onto surfaces. These are much more efficient in vacuuming
hard floors rather than using a broom or upright vacuum as well as being
superior for vacuuming stair wells, and under desks. You will not open a
janitor closet, and find old, beat up residential vacuum cleaners.
We keep the same employees in the building to do the cleaning so they
are familiar with the routines, and alarm codes. This allows for greater
efficiency, and less of a chance of things getting overlooked due to
unfamiliarity with the building.
Our employees are people who you would feel comfortable having in
your home or business. We are very particular in whom we hire, and we
check all references, and do background checks. No one with a criminal
history is ever hired.
We may not be the cheapest bid, but we can assure you that you will receive
the services that you are paying for. It is not uncommon for the low bidder to
get the account, and then start cutting cornersm and lessen the time required
on the job in order to make a profit.
Lastly, the right cleaning company will pay dividends in terms of providing

to come. Although we hire mature people who require minimal supervision,
we have a system in place where the owner or operations manager is on the
job several times during the week working alongside the regular employees.
